In accordance with the EU Data Act, we uphold the principles of transparency, fairness and user con trol in data sharing. The legislation ensures that generated data is accessible under well-defined con ditions while prioritizing security and compliance.

User types

Whether you are a private individual, a business, a third party, or a government authority, your role determines how you can interact with and utilize generated data.

Private User

A private user is a natural person who owns a connected vehicle, has a transferred contractual right or receives a related service for the use of the vehicle.

Your rights & options:

  • Request your data: Obtain a copy of your historical data

  • Customize data access: Select specific data points to access or share

  • Authorize third-party access: Grant permission to third-party services

  • Manage consent: Review and modify permissions via your "Brand" ID portal

Business User

A business user is a company or entity that owns a connected vehicle, has a transferred contractual right or receives a related service for the use of the vehicle.

  • Access comprehensive vehicle data: Obtain vehicle or service generated data of your vehicle(s)
