The Elli website presents innovative energy and mobility solutions that enable sustainable charging and smart electricity tariffs for private and business customers. As a brand of the Volkswagen Group, Elli offers comprehensive information and services relating to electromobility and renewable energies.
Elli webshop
The Elli webshop offers customized products such as chargers, charging cards, and accessories to make charging easy both at home or while on the go. The Elli webshop is where you can find the current products we offer and place orders for products and services to meet your electromobility needs.
Elli Charging app
The Elli Charging app makes it easy to charge an electric vehicle, shows nearby charging stations, and enables users to manage and document charging sessions with ease. It also allows users to efficiently and clearly manage charging sessions in their day-to-day life.
Elli Charge & Go
Elli Charge & Go allows users to flexibly charge electric vehicles when they need to at designated charging stations without having to register or sign a contract beforehand. User scans a QR code at the charging point, selects the payment method, and the charging session starts immediately.
How to access and use Elli services
Under the Accessibility Improvement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), we are required to make our services, which are so-called e-commerce services, accessible. This means that, in particular, relevant content such as texts, images, and certain functions on our Elli websites and applications must be perceptible, operable, understandable, and robust. Our services offer the following functions, among others:
a) Perceptibility
We make sure that important information is clearly visible and easily accessible:
Text alternatives for non-text content: Images, graphics, and other visual elements are, if necessary, supplied with alternative texts to make the content understandable for visually impaired people.
Subtitles and audio descriptions: If necessary, videos offer the option of subtitles and audio descriptions so that all visual content can also be acoustically understood.
