Your mission

• You support HR Services within Employer Brand & People Experience by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth processes.
• You act as the first point of contact for employees, resolving HR queries via our channels, creating clear knowledge-base articles, and reducing repeat questions over time.
• You prepare contracts, letters, and offboarding documents while keeping HRIS records accurate, reliable, and audit-ready.
• You identify process bottlenecks, pilot small automations or templates, and contribute to faster, more efficient HR Services.
• You improve employee experience by reviewing and refining standard emails, guides, and documents in collaboration with Employer Brand, ensuring clarity, inclusivity, and the right tone.

Your profile

• You study Business/Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or a comparable field, ideally with an HR focus.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English at professional level.
• You bring initial HR experience from internships or working-student roles.
• You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint to support analysis and presentations.
• You work precisely, reliably, and independently, always looking for optimization opportunities.
• You are communicative, proactive, and approachable, driving topics forward and delivering results.
• You are ideally available as a working student for 12 months or as a full-time intern for 6 months.
