Your mission

  • You help design the end-to-end people journey at Elli, from first touch as a candidate to life as a teammate.
  • You coordinate recruiting activities from interview scheduling to onboarding, ensuring interviewers and candidates are well-prepared, feedback is collected, offers are managed, and handovers are structured.
  • You support DEI initiatives by helping design and roll out inclusive hiring standards, bias-aware processes, and ERG activities, while maintaining measurable plans and tracking outcomes.
  • You set up and quality-check company surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • You contribute to employee engagement by supporting programs, events, and communications that strengthen belonging, recognition, and inclusion.

Your profile

  • You study HR, Business, Psychology, or have a strong general interest in people and organizations.
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English at professional level.
  • You bring initial HR experience through internships or working-student roles.
  • You have good MS Office skills, ideally with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • You are eager to learn, create, and apply new ideas and concepts in practice.
  • You are communicative, proactive, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are motivated to drive and deliver initiatives independently in a reliable, goal-oriented way.
  • You are ideally available as a working student for 12 months or as a full-time intern for 6 months.
