Your mission

• You will be responsible for the technical qualification of our business customers, installation service providers and customer service employees with regard to the use, installation, repair and maintenance of our charging hardware.
• You will design, organise and conduct on-site and remote training courses for various internal and external stakeholders.
• You identify training needs and create target group-orientated training concepts, materials and plans.
• You are responsible for selecting suitable qualification methods and tools and checking their effectiveness.
• You ensure the availability of training documents, seminar equipment and special tools in the training area and support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• You will work closely with relevant stakeholders from Development, Product Management, Operations and other areas.

Your profile

• You have a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable degree with high-voltage certification.
• You have professional experience in a similar position as a technical trainer and already have experience in the field of electromobility and charging hardware.
• You are characterised by a high degree of initiative and enjoy working with people. You also have a confident demeanour and a high level of intercultural competence.
• You are willing to travel for training courses at various locations, both in Germany and abroad. You are both reliable and have a high sense of responsibility for the safety of the participants during and after the training sessions.
• You have strong communication, moderation and enthusiasm skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and a high level of customer orientation. 
• You have strong user skills in MS Office programmes and ideally good IT skills. 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complement your profile perfectly.
