Your mission

  • You will be responsible for the organisation and functional management of a technical team and become the central contact for the technical departments of the group brands as well as the Elli internal departments for the respective charging infrastructure project incl. preparation and implementation of technical meetings.
  • You will steer a development project for charging infrastructure in very close cooperation with the lead engineer and the software project manager.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of management reports for Elli committees.
  • You will define/update technology project plans and tracking through milestones with defined input as well as planning integration stages in the hardware and software network of the charging infrastructure project.
  • You will be responsible for determining and checking the plausibility of the development efforts.
  • You will analyze, elaborate and represent the project status with regard to technology, deadlines, development costs, legal, weight and environmental requirements in accordance with Elli-PEP in the committees.

Your profile

  • You possess a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with several years of experience in Hardware or Embedded Software Engineering, ideally within Electromobility or Charging Infrastructure.
  • You have acquired relevant experience or training in Project Management, demonstrating functional leadership expertise in Hardware or Embedded Software Engineering.
  • Your proficiency in both German and English at a business level enables effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • You thrive in planning and coordinating product development, including Supplier Management, and feel comfortable with preparing presentations for our management board, ensuring clear communication of project status and progress.
  • You ideally bring understanding of basic standards and requirements for charging infrastructure and charging procedures - or are willing to familiarize with them, such as AFIR, ISO15118, or IEC61851.
