Your mission

• You are responsible for shaping and continuously improving the IoT landscape for the products managed by Elli so that they can be supported and operated in the best possible way.
• You will develop, maintain and prioritise a roadmap for the sustainable automation of operational IoT work to scale Elli's activities in the operation of the charging infrastructure.
• You create feature requests and requirements for operational and support tools and coordinate them with Ellis Software Development.
• You define and implement IoT-based operational concepts for the products managed and operated by Elli.
• You consider non-technical frameworks such as laws and processes to ensure full utilization of the Elli IoT platform in technical operations.

Your profile

• You have a business or technical university degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in a dynamic business environment in the areas of product management, IoT operations or software development.
• Your technical understanding, especially in software development and deployment of software solutions, is strong.
• You have a high level of written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• You have extensive experience in defining and implementing product and tool strategies.
• You understand how to motivate people in the development of products and/or IT tools that are of critical business importance.
