Your mission

  • You manage Sales Partners, including negotiating contracts in Energy Retail & THG.
  • You oversee contractual relationships with all Sales Partners.
  • You handle the Energy Sales Pipeline and identify new sales opportunities.
  • You document Energy Retail, Energy B2B & THG Products, including pitch decks.
  • You coordinate Energy Sales Pitches and stakeholder management.
  • You align Elli Energy Sales Activities with overall Elli Sales Objectives.
  • You provide Pre-Sales Support for SU Energy’s Solutions to other Elli/Volkswagen teams.
  • You administer a solid sales forecast and develop mitigation strategies for under-performance.
  • You coordinate discovery and competitor analysis to drive sales strategy.
  • You develop mid- & long-term financial and strategic targets, requiring significant uplift in sales potential and new sales channels.
  • You refit reseller contracts to accommodate new smart energy tariffs.

Your profile

  • You are able to communicate fluently in German and English in a professional context. 
  • You have a proven track record of successful Sales or Consulting experience in Energy Trading/Origination/Retail/ THG markets, indicating a deep understanding of the energy industry and solid knowledge of relevant sales channels in the B2C business.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in Project Management and effectively managing a Sales Pipeline.
  • Ideally, you bring a strong industry network in the 'smart energy industry' (e.g., heat pump, smart home, solar) or to potential resellers in the B2B2C business.
