Why us?

Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming years we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

The Sales Unit "Elli Residential" is responsible for defining the product offerings, pricing strategies, placement, and promotion of all residential products, including Wallbox, Smart Charging, and Bidirectional Charging. Our primary focus is to ensure the best end-to-end customer experience for all home charging use cases and to drive sales across various channels and markets.

Your mission

• You proactively develop new ideas to continuously develop and improve Ellis' product portfolio in the area of home charging - in doing so, you also put already established models to the test
• You are responsible for finding pragmatic approaches to adequately implement the previously developed ideas. To do this, you also make use of the group-wide network
• You will skilfully integrate your ideas into the overall strategy of the Elli Residential Sales Unit 
• You will also support the Elli Residential sales unit in all other sales activities
• You regularly keep up to date with industry trends and developments and actively follow the competitive market

Your profile

• You have an academic degree at bachelor level or a comparable qualification
• You have gained at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the energy or mobility industry
• Due to your advanced knowledge in project and stakeholder management, you are able to create and implement concepts, sales projects and business plans
• You have a structured mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex topics combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• You draw on your creative talents to develop and implement exciting, visionary new ideas
• You have good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English to effectively conduct business at the working level
