Your mission

As an expert in shipping and logistics management in the field of operations, you will be the first point of contact for our logistics partners, suppliers, business customers and our customer service and will be responsible for the control and smooth dispatch of our products to up to 30 European countries.

•  You check incoming sales orders and order the transport and unloading of the goods
•  You monitor the timely creation of the shipping documents as well as the collection and delivery to the customer
•  You are the main contact person for queries and clarification cases regarding the shipping of our products

Your profile

• You have completed commercial vocational training or have a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification
•  You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, shipping and transport control
•  You have in-depth knowledge of logistical processes and requirements, ideally in the areas of dangerous goods and customs
•  You are a team player and have a high level of customer orientation
•  You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written
