Here is an overview of your key responsibilities in this role:

• Design and develop embedded software structures to enable the functions of our next-generation charging systems
• Collaborate with the product team to seamlessly integrate software components into our wallbox and other innovative electric mobility solutions
• Provide technical input on system architecture and functional breakdowns to drive product development forward
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring adherence to Embedded Software Development best practices and standards
• Support testing and validation efforts to uphold the quality and reliability of embedded software solutions

Your profile

• You have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, information Systems or in a similar field.
• You bring expertise in Software Engineering and a solid experience in designing the architecture of embedded software systems as well as in developing and testing them.
• You have proven track record in the development of high-voltage technologies or charging infrastructure devices, ideally combined with IoT knowledge.
• You have excellent C/C++ programming skills and excellent BSP level knowledge of either Linux, Android or QNX OS.
• You will be able to work on UML and state of the art UML tooling
• English is our working language at Elli - it would be great if you spoke German as well!
• Experience in OCPP and AUTOSAR and/or CAN advantageous.
