Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming ye​​​​​ars we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

Your mission

• You are responsible for the requirements management arising from a number of stakeholders, notably our corporate customers and brands
• You are the glue between what our stakeholders require and the internal functions that can help deliver these software solutions
• You are the go-to point for our stakeholder requests and leading the coordination of projects stemming from our stakeholder requirements
• You manage a diverse range of topics to operate the MSP successfully. Everything from coordinating price changes, getting feedback on new features and vetting requests for product changes from the stakeholders
• You manage an array of diverse Stakeholder requirements as they appear, working proactively and with foresight
• You take care of projects and ad hoc tasks that fall between the lines. GDPR updates, workshops, translation services, supplier relations. Every touch point we have needs to be covered by someone excited to solve problems and look for solutions

Your profile

• You have a business or technical university degree or a comparable relevant education
• You have a proven track record of understanding complex software products and translating commercial requirements to software developer
• You have extensive experience in fast paced business environments across OEM, energy, charging or relatable industries
• You have strong project management experience with a "can do attitude" taking energy and motivation from seeing problems and trying to solve them
• You have experience in dealing with the complexity of new business, as well as external and internal stakeholder demands
• You have experience in delivering software projects end to end and the ability to work with stakeholders to refine requirements to definitive steps and tasks
• You think in solutions not problems
• You have excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
