In the upcoming ye​​​​​ars we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

Your mission

As Environmental Compliance & Corporate Social Responsibility Expert* at Elli, you will play a central role in our commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility. Your responsibilities include:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Environmental Compliance and CSR, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure our operations align with environmental regulations while fostering a strong corporate social responsibility culture
• Initiate and supervise environmental compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards within the charging mobility sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, operations and business practices
• Monitor and report on Key Sustainability Performance Indicators, providing regular updates to senior management and external stakeholders
• Prepare sustainability reports and other communications materials to showcase our commitment to CSR and environmental compliance
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in sustainability efforts
• Providing guidance and training to employees

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
• Proficency in English and German
• Knowledge and experience in Corporate Social responsibility or Environmental Compliance within the automotive or electrical industry or similar branch, with an understanding of the related environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to successfully drive sustainability initiatives involving multiple stakeholders within an organization
• Knowledge of WEEE, battery laws and other disposal regulations in our sector  
• Certification in sustainability or environmental management is a plus
