Your mission

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to automate business processes and workflows
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
  • Write clean and maintainable code
  • Actively learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Advocate for maintaining high quality, ensuring quality and testing are part of the development process from day one
  • Contribute to the team’s effectiveness and efficiency by setting an example of best Salesforce development practices
  • Implement modern software delivery practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Everything as Code, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, E-Commerce, Customer Care, and Finance teams to enhance our CRM (Salesforce Lightning) development, operations, and security
  • Create relevant and necessary technical documentation and user guidance in support of solutions
  • Contribute to one of our Communities of Practice

Your profile

Must have
  • 4+ years of developer experience in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, as well as Developer Experience
  • Experience in Salesforce programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL and HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP-based web services
  • Experience with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps tools
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement and excellence in technical and operational domains
  • Eagerness to learn various tools, technologies, and practices necessary for the job
  • Empathy and readiness to coach, pair with, and learn from others.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have
  • Experience running production workloads in at least one of the leading public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure), preferably GCP.
  • Experience in the EV charging field or automotive industry.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (TypeScript, Bash, Python, Ruby, Java, C++, etc.), preferably TypeScript
