Your mission

As an Employer Branding Expert, you will be devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company's presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates, as well as driving the diversity strategy of the company in:
  • Develop positive employer brand strategy, and allign with the interface partners in derivation of the corporate brand
  • Drive and implement diversity strategy and measures
  • Prepare, create and coordinate target group-specific information material as part of the employer brand in cooperation with specialist departments and agencies for applicants and interested parties
  • Select support and guidance of agencies and other strategic and creative partners
  • Target group analysis and creation of needs planning for marketing activities
  • Operational support for the ELLI company website on LinkedIn, Kununu and XING -Conception of an onboarding for new employees as well as implementation and participation
  • Developing programs for young talent and cooperation with universities
  • Co-creation of the corporate values and company culture
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events such as company visits, career fairs etc.

Your profile

  • An education background in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Management, International Business
  • Business fluent in English, written and spoken 
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge in Employer Branding, as well as Marketing and communication
  • Knowledge and experience in managing social media platforms and others (Linkedin,Kununu, XING, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Diversity & Inclusion strategies
  • Proven strategic communication skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and external partners
  • High communication and presentation skills in front of a group
  • Excellent task-management ability
  • Resourceful, able to think creatively and cost effectively
