To build a stable and secure ecosystem we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our information security team. As a working student in information security, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various security-related tasks and projects within the organization.

Your mission

  • You assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards

  • You support the security team in conducting security risk assessments and audits

  • You help to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in our systems and services

  • You participate in security incident response activities

  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information security

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

  • You have strong analytical skills to support the improvement of internal controls

  • You are able to work independently and reliably

  • Your are fluent in English, at least B2  

  • Ideally, you are familiar with topics of information and cyber security e.g., according to ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz

  • Your available for 15-20 hours per week time and are interested in joining our team for at least 6 months
