Manager (m/w/d) Strategy Development & Business Innovation

Why us?

Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming ye​​​​​ars we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

Your mission

• You manage strategy projects from start to finish and ensure deliverables (on time and within budget)
• You initiate and lead continously strategy review of existing business areas charging & energy
• You present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• You set up appropriate strategy tracking for implementation and stay up to date on industry trends and developments
• You identify new business opportunities for the firm incl. M&A
• You develop new business innovation concepts - e.g. screen trends, analyse patterns 

Your profile

• You have a relevant track record in the field of charging and energy
• You have several years experience in a professional strategy / innovation environment
• You have an academic background (e.g. Master´s degree) in Engineering, Science or Economics, Mathematics or similar
• You have excellent command of German and English language including relevant technical terms
• You have professional comunication skills towards C-level
• You have a balance between functional, strategic and finance knowhow
