Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming ye​​​​​ars we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

Your mission

  • You are focusing on expanding the Elli MSP to new and exciting partners and brands. 
  • You take care of our existing partners/brands and their requirements within the MSP product. We operate in a dynamic market and the demands of our partners are constantly changing.   
  • You are responsible for ensuring the technical and commercial requirements of a diverse range of stakeholders are met, managed and integrated within the Elli MSP product. 
  • You and your team are the glue between what our stakeholders require and the internal functions that can help deliver these solutions.
  • You will coordinate a team that is focused on delivery; be it launching a new partner, submitting detailed responses to tenders, defining a detailed product requirement board or just taking care of ad hoc requests from our partners. 
  • You and your team will be responsible for managing highly technical and agile projects.
  • You will be challenged internally and externally to find solutions to both technical and commercial hurdles.
  • You will be responsible for the sales strategy of the MSP product; setting and tracking sales targets, defining sales campaigns and conducting sales performance analysis.
  • You and your team will manage an array of diverse Stakeholder requirements as they appear, working proactively and with foresight.
  • You can inspire your team by taking the lead on unconventional projects and ad hoc tasks that fall between the lines. GDPR updates, workshops, translation services, supplier relations. Every touch point we have needs to be covered by someone excited to solve problems and look for solutions.

Your profile

  • You have a business or technical university degree or a comparable relevant education.
  • >5 years of working experience in fast paced business environment across OEM, energy, charging or relatable industries.
  • You have strong project management experience with a "can do attitude" taking energy and motivation from seeing problems and trying to solve them.
  • You have experience in dealing with the complexity of new business, as well as external and internal stakeholder demands.
  • You have experience in delivering projects end to end and the ability to work with stakeholders to refine requirements to definitive steps and tasks.
  • You have a high technical understanding of software development and delivering software solutions.
  • You have the ability to convey complex constructs in a simple manner.
  • You are ambitious to lead within a team of strong characters and are comfortable with being challenged by internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
